Unfortunately, everyone will suffer from diarrhea at some point in their life. Diarrhea can be acute or chronic (constant diarrhea) and can make us feel weak, drained, and sometimes even embarrassed.   • Food poisoning
  • Taking antibiotics

Diarrhea caused by one or more of these symptoms usually lasts only a few days. However, sometimes diarrhea can last for many weeks and be a sign of a more serious indigestion.

Most cases of acute diarrhea resolve within a few days. However, there are some foods and natural supplements that you can take to help cure diarrhea naturally.

Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast that can be used as a home remedy for various forms of diarrhea. What to Avoid If You Have Diarrhea

When you have diarrhea, you should also avoid certain foods.

Very often, dairy products (other than live yogurt), fatty foods, and foods high in fiber can make your symptoms worse.

You should also avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks, and sodas.
