Dulcolax cones, how to insert Nuvaring

Pregnancy constipation

Hey, I have a slightly awkward question, but I just have to ask. I have been constipated for a few days (approx. 4 days ?!) (well, what does constipation mean. To be more precise, every morning - strictly forced - there is only a small, minimal "blob"). I usually don't like to use feeling aids and have tried dry plums and magnesium first. I should also say that I have an underactive thyroid and have only been taking my tablets (L-Thyroxin Henning 50) for 5 days, the correct and effective effect of which will only appear in a few weeks, when my body has got used to it (my doctor said).

Now that there is no other way, I decided on the Dolculax suppository. Since I "like" it when my bowel empties in the morning, I wanted to take it in the morning. However, I am afraid that the effects will last too long, i.e. that I will have to be near the toilet for too long. Before I go, I'm at home for 1 1/2 hours and get ready, ect. I would get up an extra half an hour beforehand to have 2 hours to go to school, so to speak. Now I'm afraid that it will take longer, so I wanted to ask how much time should I "plan"?

It all sounds a bit complicated and confused, but I hope you understand what I mean.

Thanks in advance.
