DES IGF-1 is the shorter version of the IGF-1 chain. It is five (5) times stronger than IGF-LR3 and ten (10) times stronger than regular base IGF-1. 1. Dab the top of your IGF-1 vial with a sterile alcohol prep pad
2. Dab the top of your 0.6% AA vial with a sterile alcohol prep pad
3. Use either multiple insulin syringe volumes (example: 2 x 0.5 cc) or a single large syringe to obtain 1.0 ml 0.6% AA.
4. In the IGF-1 vial, put a sterile ~ 20 ga. Needle as a vent
5. Inject the 1.0 ml AA very slowly and trickle down the side of the vial.

6. Remove the needle & syringe and throw away
7. Gently rock the vial or roll it between your hands.
